Con Ganas Mija was established in 2020 as a women's networking group for professionals, entrepreneurs and supporters in South Texas. Join Here! After witnessing the effects of the COVID pandemic in the RGV, our Founder Nati Garza took action by launching Con Ganas Mija, LLC to support the small women owned business community by curating quarterly subscription boxes filled with goods purchased from local vendors -truly putting her money where her mouth is. It was through this community building and networking, Nati saw an even greater need for connecting the women in our region with access to knowledge and insights from local leaders. In 2022, Con Ganas Mija hosted the first Mija Conference & Mercado with a mission to educate, empower and energize the women South Texas. Mija Conference provides invaluable opportunities for growth and connecting with like minded Mijas, eager to expand their network and knowledge. Con Ganas Mija continues to grow - follow us in our mission to support Mijas in the 956 and beyond.

Natalie "Nati" Garza
A valley girl through and thru Natalie's roots lay in Mission TX. Natalie is a proud LJISD and UTPA alum, with a professional background in food and beverage. Natalie is also the owner founder of Con Ganas Mija (Est.2021), a women's networking and small business advocacy group. Con Ganas Mija hosts the annual Mija Conference & Mercado focusing on educating, energizing and empowering women in the RGV region.
