Hi, I'm Nati, Founder of Con Ganas Mija.
Natalie “Nati” Garza is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader from Mission, Texas, dedicated to empowering women across the Rio Grande Valley. As the founder of Con Ganas Mija, she has created a vibrant platform that champions Latina professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives through curated events, mentorship, and small business advocacy.
Established in 2020, Con Ganas Mija began as a women’s networking group aimed at supporting small, women-owned businesses in South Texas. In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nati launched quarterly subscription boxes filled with products from local vendors, directly investing in the community. Recognizing a deeper need for connection and empowerment, she expanded the initiative to include the annual Mija Conference & Mercado, which debuted in 2022. This event focuses on educating, energizing, and empowering women in the RGV region. Through these initiatives Con Ganas Mija has since expanded to its new venture: an all women-owned marketplace called Mija Mercado.
A proud alumni of La Joya ISD and the University of Texas-Pan American, Nati brings a rich background in the food and beverage industry to her entrepreneurial endeavors. Her passion lies in fostering growth and resilience among women, providing them with the tools and networks necessary to thrive in business and beyond.
